Dona la impressi\u00f3 que les empreses assumeixen, sense m\u00e9s, que aquestes situacions \u201cpassin\u201d, sense establir protocols ni sancionar els responsables d\u2019aquests comportaments intolerables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elle.com\/es\/living\/trabajo-finanzas\/a45425125\/jefes-toxicos-trabajo-como-identificarlos-lidiar-con-ellos\/\">Caps t\u00f2xics <\/a>perqu\u00e8 no saben demostrar la seva autoritat d\u2019una altra manera que sent cruels, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elle.com\/es\/living\/trabajo-finanzas\/a44794721\/que-hacer-companero-ataca-constantemente-tu-jefe-no-quiere-solucionarlo\/\">companys que no deixen de boicotejar-te<\/a> per raons indeterminades, ambient laboral de guarderia on no es deixa de parlar malament dels treballadors\u2026 S\u00f3n moltes les situacions que generen assetjament laboral i que provoquen risc dins les plantilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019assetjament laboral \u00e9s <strong>aquella situaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 una persona exerceix viol\u00e8ncia psicol\u00f2gica extrema sobre altres persones al lloc de treball amb la finalitat de destruir les xarxes de comunicaci\u00f3 de la v\u00edctima, la seva reputaci\u00f3 i pertorbar l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de les seves tasques. <\/strong>Perqu\u00e8 es consideri assetjament, ha de ser repetit (m\u00e9s d\u2019una vegada per setmana) i recurrent (almenys durant sis mesos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019empresa no actua davant aquestes situacions, es pot considerar un atemptat contra la dignitat (recollit a la Constituci\u00f3 Espanyola i a l\u2019Estatut dels Treballadors), per\u00f2 sobretot un incompliment de la Llei de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals que, segons els casos, podria ser fins i tot delicte penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com identificar l\u2019assetjament laboral?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons la Fundaci\u00f3 per a la Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals, entre altres comportaments, si experimentes algun dels seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si creen rumors i mentides sobre la teva feina o vida personal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si t\u2019a\u00efllen f\u00edsica i emocionalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si es burlen de tu davant d\u2019altres persones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no et permeten expressar-te o t\u2019interrompen constantment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si t\u2019insulten o criden habitualment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si destaquen constantment els errors que comets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si t\u2019obliguen a realitzar tasques degradants per sota de la teva categoria professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si t\u2019assignen sense parar noves tasques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si q\u00fcestionen constantment les decisions que prens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si sistem\u00e0ticament et neguen informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per fer la teva feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si amaguen les teves habilitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si insinuen que tens problemes psicol\u00f2gics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipus d\u2019assetjament laboral<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan pensem en assetjament laboral, normalment tenim al cap l\u2019assetjament descendent, \u00e9s a dir, de cap a subordinat. Per\u00f2 no tots s\u00f3n iguals, hi ha diversos tipus i l\u2019empresa ha de tenir-los presents per saber quines mesures adoptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segons explica David L\u00f3pez, Health and Safety Success Leader de l\u2019empresa de RRHH <a href=\"https:\/\/empatif.com\/\">Empatif<\/a>, \u201cuna pol\u00edtica empresarial s\u00f2lida contra l\u2019assetjament i la formaci\u00f3 adequada de tot el personal poden marcar la difer\u00e8ncia. Amb un protocol de prevenci\u00f3 dissenyat i adequat, amb la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una <strong>Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 (formada espec\u00edficament per aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3) responsable de gestionar i investigar les den\u00fancies que puguin arribar, es poden erradicar comportaments perjudicials tant per al personal que els pateix com per a l\u2019empresa mateixa\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquests s\u00f3n els set tipus d\u2019assetjament laboral que aquesta empresa de RRHH defineix:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assetjament laboral vertical ascendent o descendent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e9s gaire com\u00fa, per\u00f2 l\u2019assetjament ascendent o vertical \u00e9s aquell en qu\u00e8 l\u2019<strong>empleat assetja el cap<\/strong>, cosa que normalment no passa per les habituals din\u00e0miques de poder a l\u2019empresa. En canvi, l\u2019assetjament descendent o \u2018<strong>bossing<\/strong>\u2019 \u00e9s el m\u00e9s habitual, quan un <strong>superior abusa de la seva posici\u00f3 i menysprea la integritat moral d\u2019un subordinat<\/strong>. Pot incloure sobrec\u00e0rrega de feina, menyspreu per l\u2019esfor\u00e7 del treballador o privaci\u00f3 de recursos necessaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assetjament laboral horitzontal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Succeeix entre companys, persones que ocupen posicions iguals o similars dins de la jerarquia laboral. <strong>Normalment va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la feina i se centra en aspectes personals<\/strong>, com l\u2019antipatia que senten l\u2019un per l\u2019altre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assetjament sexual<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No \u00e9s exclusiu de l&#8217;ambient laboral, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 pot ocurrir. Generalment, l\u2019assetjador \u00e9s un superior (encara que tamb\u00e9 pot oc\u00f3rrer entre iguals) i els seus <strong>comportaments, verbals o f\u00edsics, tenen connotacions sexuals<\/strong> que atempten contra la dignitat de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assetjament per ra\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cal diferenciar-ho del anterior: no t\u00e9 a veure amb comportaments sexuals, sin\u00f3 que s\u2019ataca alg\u00fa pel g\u00e8nere que t\u00e9 (habitualment contra dones). Pot incloure <strong>comentaris masclistes o de naturalesa sexual <\/strong>en un entorn de treball dominat per un g\u00e8nere en particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assetjament per raons pol\u00edtiques, religioses, \u00e8tniques o de ra\u00e7a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Succeeix quan s\u2019ataca un treballador pels seus pe<strong>nsaments pol\u00edtics o religiosos o per la seva pertinen\u00e7a a certes \u00e8tnies i\/o races. <\/strong>Normalment es materialitza en comentaris, insults, vexacions\u2026 que involucren qualsevol d\u2019aquests conceptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viol\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica o verbal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019assetjament laboral comporta viol\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica o verbal, en forma de discussions excessivament acalorades, <strong>agressions verbals, insults o fins i tot cops f\u00edsics<\/strong>, el m\u00e9s aconsellable \u00e9s presentar una den\u00fancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Burnout\u2019 i \u2018boreout\u2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f3n dues situacions cl\u00e0ssiques de salut laboral, per\u00f2 aqu\u00ed \u00e9s m\u00e9s complicat demostrar que provenen d\u2019un assetjament, ja que generalment estan m\u00e9s relacionades amb la sobrec\u00e0rrega de feina i la mala gesti\u00f3 dels equips. <strong>S\u2019associen a les expectatives de la persona respecte a la seva feina i a l\u2019avorriment, cansament o desgana que aquesta pot provoca<\/strong>r.
