En general, aporten poca energia i s\u00f3n font natural de fibra, vitamines i minerals, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;altres subst\u00e0ncies no nutritives conegudes com a fitoqu\u00edmics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es recomana el consum habitual d&#8217;&nbsp;<strong>almenys 5 racions entre fruites i hortalisses al dia<\/strong>&nbsp;, fet que contribueix a portar una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable en qualsevol etapa de la vida, i s&#8217;ha associat a un risc menor de mortalitat i de malalties cr\u00f2niques, i de els seus factors de risc com l&#8217;obesitat i el sobrep\u00e8s, la hipertensi\u00f3, el colesterol elevat, entre d&#8217;altres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mites i bulls sobre fruites i hortalisses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
