No obstant aix\u00f2, \u00e9s evident que en la normativa de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1995-24292\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals<\/a> no se li presta l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 que mereix. A part de la tradicional disminuci\u00f3 del nostre sistema laboral en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la salut mental, a vegades no resulta senzill establir protocols i mesures estandarditzades als centres de treball per tractar els problemes psicol\u00f2gics dels treballadors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>No es tracta de q\u00fcestions que hagin de dirigir-se des de la perspectiva de la conflictivitat laboral. Per tant, val la pena aprofundir en algunes circumst\u00e0ncies que poden influir en els estats emocionals de la plantilla. Una d&#8217;elles \u00e9s la <strong>incid\u00e8ncia del fred<\/strong> en els empleats. A continuaci\u00f3, t&#8217;expliquem com l&#8217;arribada de les estacions m\u00e9s fresques pot implicar inconvenients emocionals entre els treballadors. Presta atenci\u00f3.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br><strong>L&#8217;estat emocional: el problema oblidat dels mesos freds<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>Els inconvenients de treballar a baixes temperatures s\u00f3n reconeguts per la legislaci\u00f3 que regula els drets dels treballadors. Ens referim no nom\u00e9s a la desagradable sensaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica de desenvolupar-se en aquestes circumst\u00e0ncies, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a la reducci\u00f3 associada de les habilitats f\u00edsiques i mentals. No en va, es poden produir lesions i malalties, com ara <strong>cardiovasculars, hipot\u00e8rmies, irritacions<\/strong>, etc.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>En aquest sentit, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&#8217;Institut Nacional de Seguretat i Higiene en el Treball<\/a> considera una rellevant disminuci\u00f3 del confort quan es treballa a menys de 15\u202f\u00b0C i l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de risc immediat quan es fa <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>menys de 5\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>. Aquests perills es poden minimitzar mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;EPI o l&#8217;habilitaci\u00f3 de locals amb capacitat de resguardar i escalfar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>No obstant aix\u00f2, en aquest estr\u00e8s per fred encara no estan incloses determinades incid\u00e8ncies emocionals que es poden desencadenar en aquestes condicions. Una pres\u00e8ncia normalitzada del psic\u00f2leg als centres de treball pot contribuir a identificar els quadres de car\u00e8ncies de la salut mental que es poden arribar a desfer, encara m\u00e9s, quan augmenta el fred.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u202f&nbsp;<br><strong>Per qu\u00e8 el fred pot alterar les emocions dels empleats?<\/strong>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>En primer lloc, hem d&#8217;assenyalar que no podem considerar les baixes temperatures com a \u00fanica causa del des\u00e0nim dels treballadors. Per tant, hem d&#8217;interpretar el fred com un factor que contribueix a <strong>la tend\u00e8ncia a la desmobilitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> que afecta determinats perfils de la plantilla.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>De totes maneres, existeixen evid\u00e8ncies cient\u00edfiques que durant les estacions de tardor i hivern, s&#8217;atribueix una major falta d&#8217;energia, la qual cosa desemboca en estats caracteritzats per <strong>l&#8217;apatia i altres sentiments negatius<\/strong>. S\u00f3n conclusions que, per exemple, ha extret la Societat Xilena de Desenvolupament Emocional o la Universitat de Brigham Young (Estats Units). Aquesta \u00faltima es va basar, per realitzar aquestes afirmacions, en un estudi que va involucrar 16.000 persones.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la psicologia es parla del concepte <strong>trastorn afectiu estacional<\/strong> (TAE). \u00c9s una s\u00edndrome que es pot patir quan s&#8217;entra a la tardor, amb propensi\u00f3 a desenvolupar-se m\u00e9s cruament al llarg de l&#8217;hivern.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br><strong>En qu\u00e8 consisteix la TAE?\u202f<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<br>El primer que has de retenir \u00e9s que els dies tardorencs i hivernals es caracteritzen per tenir menys hores de sol. I no oblidis que l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 als seus rajos \u00e9s clau perqu\u00e8 el teu organisme alliberi <strong>serotonina<\/strong>, que \u00e9s coneguda com l&#8217;hormona de la felicitat. Aix\u00ed que, si no et toca molt el sol, \u00e9s normal que et puguis arribar a sentir m\u00e9s decaigut.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>D&#8217;altra banda, en aquestes jornades, tamb\u00e9 amaneix m\u00e9s tard. Es tracta d&#8217;un context que propicia que et costi m\u00e9s temps en posar-te en marxa. Si un treballador no planifica seriosament com superar aquesta disfunci\u00f3, pot tenir greus conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies sobre el seu rendiment laboral. \u00c9s possible, llavors, que un empleat se senti m\u00e9s fatigat i somnolent. Els seus ritmes circadiaris han patit una alteraci\u00f3 i acumulant son i cansament, i disminueixen les seves facultats f\u00edsiques i ps\u00edquiques. Et recordem que se n&#8217;allibera menys <strong>melatonina<\/strong>, l&#8217;hormona del son.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>Finalment, aquells que se sentin afectats per aquests quadres (poden arribar a la depressi\u00f3, en el cas que s&#8217;assolin rols incapacitants) poden prendre algunes mesures per sobreposar-se. A grans trets, han de respectar al m\u00e0xim els horaris de descans i regularitzar les seves rutines i <strong>introduir activitats d&#8217;oci i socialitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> que els aportin entreteniment i incentius. Aix\u00ed mateix, hi ha la possibilitat de consumir suplements energ\u00e8tics o de melatonina.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<br>En definitiva, el fred \u00e9s un risc a valorar per a l&#8217;estat emocional d&#8217;un treballador. Conv\u00e9, per tant, estar atents als seus comportaments per <strong>intervenir a temps<\/strong> i promoure la seva motivaci\u00f3.
